Our Story
Founded where hospitality and heritage meet
Melzari was founded at the intersection of Montreal’s grand hospitality and refined French-Canadian heritage. With a vision to craft an immersive dining and gaming destination, our founders brought together master chefs, renowned sommeliers, and hospitality veterans to realize a unique concept where gastronomy meets the thrill of private gaming salons.
From the first sketch of the floor plan, Melzari was conceived as a house of evenings: a place where candlelit tables, soft linen, and discreetly lit gaming tables coexist in quiet harmony. Every detail—from the curve of a banquette to the way light falls across a roulette wheel—was considered with the guest’s journey in mind.
