Reservation Policies

Designed to honour both your time and the rhythm of our dining room and gaming lounge.

Cancellation: We kindly request at least 24 hours’ notice for changes or cancellations. For groups of 8 or more or private salons, enhanced terms may apply.
Timing: Tables are held for a grace period after your confirmed time. If delayed, contact our team and we will do our best to accommodate.
Gaming lounge age policy: Entry to The Gaming Salon and gaming areas is reserved for guests who meet the legal age requirements in Quebec. Guests should carry valid government-issued identification.
Dress suggestions: Elegant smart attire is recommended for both the dining room and gaming salon. Casual sportswear and beachwear are not in keeping with the Melzari experience.
